• For custom work, a non-refundable down payment may be required up front ranging from 20-50% depending on the style of work. This will be included in your initial quote along with an estimated lead-time.
• Two rounds of fittings are included with a custom garment. Any additional alterations may incur additional costs.
• Cancellations can be discussed before completion of the project. However, once completed, the item will be non-refundable as this is a custom piece.
